Our Team : Personnel
To service clients, Glander's directors and staff consists of highly trained brokers and operations' personnel who work with shipowners, suppliers and co-brokers throughout the world. Collectively, Glander's team represents over 100 years of shipping and bunkering experience.
While many brokerage firms hire "salespeople" with very little bunker experience, Glander's team is made up of vessel captains, marine service engineers, fuel oil suppliers and turbocharger professionals.

Mark has 25 years of mechanical engineering experience in the marine Industry. Originally from the UK, he spent 11 years in the U.S. working in service and management with ABB turbocharger for the U.S. and Caribbean markets

MIKE MARTINO
Fuel Oil Broker
Mike's background includes more than 19 years in the marine transportation and shipping industry including 10 years as a Captain and operations manager on passenger vessels. Mike is a Kings Point graduate with a degree in Marine Transportation and has sailed on oil tankers and served as a combat systems engineer.

MARCO PIRES DA SILVA
Fuel Oil Broker- Brazil Office
Marco is based in Rio de Janeiro and has worked in the shipping industry for over 20 years in various capacities, including bunker broker, supply manager, and technical support and maintenance. He coordinates our Brazilian business as well as all of South America. Marco has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.

Operations
Dianne has over 10 years of administrative experience, having worked in the legal field prior to joining Glander five years ago. Dianne is an essential team player, providing excellent customer support to our clients and suppliers worldwide

Kathy joined the Operations Department in August 2008. Her experience and skills as a Procurement Manager have proved beneficial in our efforts to improve reliability and better serve the needs of our clients.
